ABOUT:

Maria is a team first floor general whose professional experience includes selection to the Brazilian National Team (2023) and two seasons with  Basquete Blumenau (All-Star 2022) before signing with Ituano Basquete.  Prior to joining the profesional ranks, Maria enjoyed a very successful career at BYU: 2x WCC Regular Season Runner Up, WCC Regular Season Champion, WCC Tournament Winner, and 3 appearances in the NCAA Tournament.
