In her first professional season with German DBBL team Osnabrück, Jill led the team to 3rd place regular season finish and a semifinal appearance in the playoffs. Collegiately, Jill played at Gonzaga University where she had a standout career: qualifying for multiple NCAA Tournament berths, winning four WCC Regular season Championships, 2020 All-WCC Player of the year, 2020/21 All-WCC First Team, and 2021 WCC All-Tournament MVP.
