Alex was the driving force behind the establishment of the Women's Division at Scorers 1st Sportmanagement in 2013 and has been passionately leading it ever since. A true advocate for women's basketball, Alex continues to push the game forward with her commitment and energy.

Before joining Scorers 1st, Alex had an accomplished playing career, representing the German National Team for over a decade. At the club level, she played for various German 1st division teams and spent a year at Northwestern University. With her own professional experience, she brings caring, positive, and energetic guidance to athletes as they navigate their careers.

Alex is deeply committed to building long-lasting, personal relationships with her players, focused on trust and genuine connection beyond just contract negotiations.

She is a certified player representative with both the WNBPA and FIBA.
